Championing a New Generation of Agricultural Leaders in Africa

The Foundation connects funding, practical training, mentorship, technology, infrastructure and markets so young African entrepreneurs can build durable futures.

Our Purpose

Young People Hold the Key to Africa's Agricultural Future

The Josudan Foundation champions a new generation of agricultural leaders in Africa. It believes young people hold the key to a thriving and sustainable agricultural future for the continent.

Co-founded by Joshua Chimakula Ngoma and Susan Mayesa Ngoma, the Foundation is dedicated to transforming Africa's future by investing in its greatest asset: its youth. Through comprehensive support and innovative programmes, it nurtures the next generation of African entrepreneurs and innovators, paving the way for a brighter and more prosperous continent.

The Foundation is the funding arm. The programmes it funds are delivered by African Greeneurs (Pty) Ltd, EARN's training and development subsidiary.
